    Video Card Issues?

    Hi everyone. A couple of days ago I got my new m14x. I am having a few issues I was hoping I could get help with.

    First of all, my alien fx lighting such as the keyboard will sometimes randomly go dark while I'm doing stuff. It comes back on after 5-10 seconds.

    The other issue is that when launching BC2 my screen went black and then I got a notification saying something to do with the NVIDIA driver crashed. It works fine since then. I have had this same issue with Skype video calling and Adobe After Effects though. I was simply editing video and boom, black screen for a second, notification of nvidia kernal error thing and after effects is unresponsive. Any fixes for this? Do I have faulty hardware? My laptop doesn't get too hot so it's not overheating...
