Hi guys, I guess that this threat was take it before but I can't find it, so I'm doing a new thread looking for help..
Well, my new m14x can't run the game when is on battery, I mean, i was playing team fortress 2 and I notice that the battery was full so I disconnected the m14x, after 5 seconds the laptop turn off and I can't turn it on on battery, I have to connect the laptop in order to turn on the lap. So, someone can help me with this issue? I need to download a driver? or I have to update something.

PS: I was playing on max everything and on native (1600x900)

It could possibly be the battery itself is faulty or the connection from the motherboard to the battery is faulty. Either way call up Dell and see what they can do to help you. If all else fails and you have a warranty send it to them.

I got the a05, but it's still getting off the m14x... it can be because I'm playing with everything on max? or its motherboard issue? thanks guys.

I got the a05. When I was playing team fortress 2(not graphic demanding) I always got blackouts, now with the a05 I don't. However, when I ran BFBC 2 (graphic and cpu demanding) I get a blackout again -
