    Unable to close infomation Tab

    Hi All,

    I have a problem whenever i start up the laptop, the rockstar game social club will startup, but i cannot close the tab.

    There is no response when i click the close tab.

    I will need to press CTRL and ESC to pull up the startup tab, then i can close the rockstar tab. or then there will be response on the close tab.

    Could anyone advise if there is a problem on my M14X?

    Doesnt sound like an m14x problem, more like a rockstar game social club program. Search if anyone else had the problem with the program or post on their forum too.

    I don't think its the rockstar problem... as i also have this problem if i want to close the internet browser, the laptop don't respose

    Hmm, not really sure then. All I can think of is having a tech screenview you form Dell support or reinstall the OS. Id wait for replies from other users though as I dont have the m14x, but a computer can be different all it wants, its still just a machine running windows. And thats a windows problem.

    i just did a window update and the problem is still there.... now i don't know if i should do a reinstall of OS?
    Also i have upgraded the IE to IE9 and my mouse wheel button unable to function on scrolling up and down for browsing.
    If i use mozilla firefox, the problem is not there...

    i have found a solution to the non function tab...
    i can gain control of the tab only if i click on the task bar below, then i click back the tab and close it....

    Its abit troublesome but at lease i can close the tab for program...

    The worst is when i startup the pc...the tab is not working on the key-in password page and i have to restart the pc again...(keyboard not functioning when i key-in the password)
