I just installed WoW yesterday and i realised that i was unable to change some of the settings such as the Liquid Detail and Sunshafts because it says that the graphic card is not able to support it. Is there any other way i can change the settings?

This was something new since a recent patch. Go into the Advanced tab and change the Graphics Mode or Engine (I can't remember what it was called) to DirectX11. Running in DX9 mode will not allow some of the higher graphics settings. Once you change this setting it will be applied once you restart the client.

I can't speak to those titles. The advanced tab I was talking about is in the WoW options.
