    hi whats the difference between the 1.5 and 3.0 color options
    when i choose the 3.0 i noticed i get the 3gb gpu instead of the 1.5 for 90 quid more so i was just wondering which option is the soft touch one ?

    Colour is the same. Only difference is the graphics card memory. 1.5GB or 3.0 GB.

    For some strange reason the UK site has this included in the colour options section.

    I've asked the same question Dell's customer support. They've said that 3.0 has 3.0 USB and 1.5 2.0 USB.

    Here's the original answer in German:

    As far as Im aware that is not true. If it isnt then these reps really know nothing. If it is however, im surprised as this has not been mentioned before??

    lol an extra £90 for an extra 1.5gb of ram the midrange gfx card is never going to utilise! I love Dell :)

    Hi mate, it's not £90, it's £180. You pay £90 extra for the base and another £90 for the 3GB graphics card :mad:
