I have m14x I bought the Dell "ship now" model with their preselected components. I upgraded to kingston hyper x memory and a mushkin SSD after I got it. I bought back in May 2011. Recently it has been intermittently giving me problems booting. When I try to boot it it is non responsive or it begins to boot then shuts itself down immediately. Eventually it will finally boot on the 4th or 5th try. Also when the Alien screen comes on at boot up, sometimes there are a lot of thick vertical lines going thorough the screen. I tried to attach a screen shot but it says its too large. Anyway, laptop and upgraded components should all be under warranty but I dont know which is the problem or how to figure it out. Anybody have any ideas? Also I am running all updated drivers. Thanks
