    Does anyone know Level 2/3 AW tech support phone number that goes directly to a person rather than IVR? Also does AW tech support operate during the weekend?

    1-800-Alienware should take you to an Alienware Rep, they should be able to answer your questions. The machine will ask you for the Express Service Code only. We do work on the weekends. If you have any technical issues feel free to contact us directly via e-mail at [email protected]
