This happened to me a few days after I got my laptop and it disappeared when I restarted. It has happened about 5-10 times since then (even when I connect to an external display) and I'm wondering if I have a faulty machine. My laptop is only 3 months old. It happened with the stock drivers as well as the newer drivers. Any feedback or advice would be appreciated.

Looks like a hardware failure, send us an email at AWsocialmedia at dell.com, include your service tag, phone number and a permalink to this thread to help me dig out your case faster :D

Thanks you Luis, I have sent the email. Looking forward to getting this solved. I'm curious, does the warranty reset if hardware is replaced?
