I dont know if it was from replacing the thermal paste, but now it freezes and becomes unresponsive and blue screens. It will work for a bit but i havent been able to do anything for extended periods of time. It did it last night and i thought it was a driver issue so i did a fresh install and still is happening, anyone else have this issue or any fixes?

You changed the thermal paste? I would check temps first then go from there.

Did you check the event viewer log? Try to find the error code. Blue screens are mostly caused by not enough voltage to the cpu, high temps or hardware.

    Blue Screen ie:
This means you need more voltage etc. Google your code thats in bold below from event viewer.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000124 (0x0000000000000000, 0xfffffa80070b0028, 0x00000000be200000, 0x000000000005110a). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: .

is it really worth redoing the thermal paste b/c of things like this?
it seems like you can do much more harm and have a lot of risk for very little return...

Ya but its doing it with just like hitting the start menu when I start it up. The temps arent the issue but I dont trust the fact the its fixable since I pasted immediately when I got it. Needless to say I will function test it next time I get the new one

And it was like 0x00000fx4 or f4x it goes by too fast

The warranty will take care of the damage caused by heat so I am not worrying about it at all.
Just dont really feel like applying thermal heat, too much of hassle and time consumption. Not many people own Mercedes and changing oil themselves!
