I just received my laptop back and found deep scratches on the bottom. I sent them a picture and they said they would compare with the picture they took before they started to work on it. They emailed me back saying that they didn't cause the damage.
I got them on the phone and asked them to email me their picture and they wouldn't. I'm really pissed off about this. Not only did they ship my laptop without my HDD installed(I had to do it myself) but they damaged my laptop and didn't even fix the original issue(microphone). I'm not sure what I can do right now besides be pissed off, I just want people who are thinking about getting an Alienware to reconsider. Dell's overall customer service is absolute trash.

call again. it depends on who you talk to. if they dont help you ask for their name and ask for a manager lol

Not everyone has had a bad experience with dell customer support. First of all...you have 21 days to ship back the computer if you are unhappy. Second...call again and again....some WILL help you. You just have to get the right person. Yes it sucks...but again you have a choice to send it back.

Called again. The guy was cool about sending me a replacement bottom cover. The other guy was just an a-hole about it. I just hope I can easily remove these tags/stickers.

The metal plate you can unscrew from the inside part of the bottom cover. If the stickers dont peel off clean, like the intel sticker, you can always get them on ebay for really cheap. I'm the same way as you, i want the stickers even tho i cant see them.
So Dell scratched my laptop and they're refusing to fix it.
