I really don't know what to do here...

When I leave it on sleep, the battery dies in only a couple days, and I disabled hibernate.

When I have hibernate turned on, say after 360 minutes (i believe is the default) -- If it's sleeping and it hits that hibernate timer, it's supposed to hibernate, right?

But what happens is it freezes and dies and then when I go to turn it on it cold boots because it crashed.

Do you think Alienware would give me a new one for this?

    Any suggestions are greatly welcomed.
