Hey,
So I got my system last week and the first thing I did was inspect the externals of it. Upon flipping the computer to its back, I noticed on the nameplate, that I had received a GT750 in place of the GTX765 I ordered.
Panicking, I checked the device manager only to realized that a GTX765 was installed..
So, Dell managed to screw up my name plate.. I called up earlier today to see if they could order me a new plate, but they insisted on a system replacement.
Do you guys think this option is worth the hassle, with all the hardware and software re-installations, seeing that I purchased internal aftermarket upgrades as it is?

I would said forget it and stay with it, I could not handle waiting more time for another computer to arrive if its working property and dont have aesthetic defects.

I don't think it's worth the time. But I do apologize on behalf of our company for that inconvenience.

Personally I would harass them until they offer to send you the correct tag OR I would ask for a discount. Both the alienware bags I received recently had scratches on the alien on the front, and I was offered an exchange or a partial refund ($15 off $100 and then $20 off $70). There's no reason you should have to reorder or keep their mistake. They need to realize that they have to consistently offer premium service to go with their premium prices, so on behalf of everyone don't let them get away with it

Sounds like you made the right call, return right away if you run in to a real problem. I learned that one the hard way.
