    So with Swtor running and a simple google chrome tab and I'm using 4gigs of ram. How is this possible? Is it possible that my 2.5g dedicated of ram GPU isn't working? How can I test this? I feel like the game is running with my intel graphics but I have everything set to use the nvidia. Any help would be greatly appreciated, everything is supper laggy right now.

    Are you sure you are looking at used ram and not what windows is caching (which is available for a program to grab if it needs it at any time).

    Try a cleanboot, it may be a software in the background that is taking the resources.
