Thoughts on price/performance/compatibility? My boss swears up and down that the hybrid drive he just put in his ASUS laptop is definitely worth it.

It's available on Newegg right now with free shipping for $90.

I was just taking a look at that right now and was wondering if I should buy it since my hard drive is causing my M14x to stutter. Any thoughts?

I almost purchased it read tons of reviews/benchmarks I believe it's pretty awesome for the performance you get along with the storage. But I run far to many different programs and went with an SSD + HDD combo instead for a total cost of around $150.

That was the price of the intel 320 120GB SSD + optical caddy.

$90 seems like a pretty good deal on the XT though for sure.
