    Hey guys

    Just wondering if any SWTOR players have noticed a drop in performance with recent patches? I was getting 100fps with low-medium graphics under a month ago and am now getting 50-60 with low graphics :(

    Not sure if this is related to the issue in this thread or not but i've tried absolutely everything - Reinstalled game, clean install with latest beta drivers, even OC the gpu but all to no avail.

    Yes it is whitelisted and no it is not a throttling issue (GPU temp sits at 62)

    Any ideas?

    Thanks - tried those suggestions but to no avail. Any other suggestions? Please this is driving me nuts

    Additional information:
    It almost seems as though my m14x isnt trying to meet the demand of the game with the CPU never using above 25% and GPU with an average of 50-60%. Whilst playing here are some usage stats i got

    CPU
    Usage = 20-25%
    Temp = 74C max

    GPU
    Usage = 50-60%
    Temp = 60C max

    Other Notes:
    - Changing from high to medium to low graphics seems to have minimal impact on fps which is strange
    - I get 100-110 fps in buildings and small areas and in the menu screen but this plummets to 50-60fps when i go outdoors...
    - In terms of noise, apart from the odd rev up, it stays pretty quiet which it never did back when it was working

    Any advice would be much appreciated!

    Appears as though this may be a problem with the game.. If anyone else is experienceing this, go to this SWTOR thread and post your DxDiag. Hopefully they fix it soon

    Have you made sure your not running the game in power saver mode and that your system is set to high performance? I always had lag when my windows power preference set to power saver instead of high performance. You can just this by clicking in the battery in the lower right hand corner on the taskbar. ;)
