Ok guys i need some help!

    I own a m14xR1.
After my HDD died, i installed a SSD wich runs SATA 3 with flashed A08 BIOS
    very well.
The whole System runs very fine, so i wonder what this driver does?
I could't install the driver for this device.
    What is this?
