My Afterburner graphs show that the gpu is getting 0% usage while playing SC2, which would explain my max 20 fps at 900p and medium/low setting. I have the nvidia control panel set to use the gpu, and I even right click the shortcut to tell it to run on the GPU but it still doesnt. I have the game updated and Nvidia 280.26 drivers installed.
