Just got the R2 last month and the key cover for the N key is coming off, like it isnt attached properly, it lifts up... like um, a scab partially attached to the skin. Anyone know if this is a quick fix ? If i contact dell if the keyboard is easy to replace?

Update, now my games crash due to nvidia driver "Crashing" and recovering.
This is starting to be frustrating. :(

You should definitely replace the keyboard. It isn't easy to re seat a key on a laptop keyboard. The nvidia driver crashing, over and over I assume? Is sign of a bad GPU. Just send the whole thing back and complain, maybe you'll get a credit.

Hi Muskytaru, I helped you on a previous post. You said that you had reinstalled Windows, perhaps this video driver crashes are related to the nVidia driver and not to the actual video card. Try this out. Regarding the keyboard issue, we can certainly replace it with a technician at home, that's nothing to worry about, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will place the dispatch for the keyboard and if you mention the issue with the GFX they can also help you with that, after the resolution make sure you post it here so that the community is aware of the fix.

Musky, may i ask how you fixed the issue? I have the same issue , and i posted before on Alienware arena. I'm sure it is related to the driver and not the actual video card because i can play games fine.. I just get the error everytime i start windows.

Sorry about that Muskytaru, instead of AWsocialMedia, please try using [email protected] with the same info, the problem is that the Social Media Team does not work on weekends, so you might hear from them today but in the case that you don't, please send us an e-mail there.
