My newly (~2 weeks) repaired M14x R2 is already having more issues (previous GPU failure, motherboard replacement fixed that right up).

If it manages to turn on and boot: while just browsing the internet (or anything really) it will just shut right down, anywhere from 1 minute post boot to an hour or more. No BSOD, no errors, nothing. Just like the power was cut.

After it shuts down, it generally will refuse to boot again. The laptops' fans will spin, keyboard will light up, but the screen will remain black and then it will just shut back down and repeat the process one more time.

If using AC power, the laptop will do the same thing, except it will beep 5-7 and will repeat endlessly.

When I can boot into windows/shown the Alienware boot screen, I've ran diagnostics and all came back clear.

Called tech support and they are sending a box for me to ship it in so they can determine what's wrong with it.

I'm just afraid they will receive it and it manages to boot windows and last long enough for them to declare "Nothing is wrong" (via it not shutting down + clean diagnostics).

Anyone else have a similar problem and/or situation? I'm not sure what to do if they say nothing is wrong.
