I have a crumpler gentlemen farmer L case in black, does the job very well when its being carried around. I dont have any other protection or coolers except for the slip it came in.

I don't have any kind of bag for mine as of right now except the sleeve it came with. I would say the best way to keep from spills would be to not drink around it (just had tea spilled on mine few minutes ago.) Luckily i could get it all vacuumed out of the key board and blew out of my usb port. everything seems to be working fine. :)
