    Hey guys,

my M14x is 2 weeks old. I power on and get 7 LOUD beeps, nothing is displayed on the screen. Is this a display issue? I am extremely disappointed that this computer is not working after light usage for 2 weeks. Literally, I have gamed for maybe 20-30 hours on it in the last 2 weeks. Does anyone know of a fix or do I actually have to send this in for a repair?

Thanks in advance for any help/suggestions

    - A very disappointed Alienware user.

    Its dead call Dell..
Its a MOBO + CPU error.

i had it too, once the mobo has been replaced it will be fine.

Dead board most likely, my m14x is currently gone getting repaired (Owned it for 2 and a half months before it died) currently been without it for like 2 weeks now... Honestly if I were you and this happened within 2 weeks of purchasing the computer, I would probably get a refund and get a Sager or something, once again that's what I would personally do.

Well. I have been on the phone for an hour now. I am asking for an exchange. And I hope they will accomodate me by shipping the new one out asap with next business day (Which is how I ordered this one). It most definitely is the mobo/cpu and quite frankly, if they do not fulfill my requests I may just return it and switch brands. What a shame.
