    Plugged in, not charging m14x

    Plugged in, not charging problem... no idea what's causing it..... anyone help? PLEASE :(

    Battery or charger might be dead or faulty, or you may just need to do a hard reset. Turn off, unplug, remove battery, hold power button 20 seconds, replace battery and plugin, turn on. If no luck, may need to tell dell to send you a new battery/charger.
