My laptop got this windows 7 pop up saying turn on windows 7 security to protect ur comp i clearly knew it was fake so i turned it off and restarted to try and go into safe mode and it starts loading then crashes and has a weird colored strand at the top of screen and when i run it normally it goes black wit that same weird colored line at the top. I tried a system restore no good, and i even did an alienrespawn back to factory os settings and hardware and successfully finished then when i restarted it did the same crash when trying to boot windows. Please help! I have tried everything and i rele need my laptop to work for school.

Here is a video of what happens: YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

I use to have this problem too, though it is on my old desktop and the problem is the GPU which in that time I had a Radeon X850XT PE, after I upgrade to a HD4670, the problem is gone. So you might want to either reinstall the NVIDIA driver to the default and see if it still happen, another is if you want, you can call Dell to replace that GT555M.
