Dudes, I have a huge problem. I've notice some particles of dust or something alike between my screen and the glass infront the screen. I don't know how to fix it. Does anyone know how to remove that glass in order to clean my screen? it's pretty anoying!

PS: And no, it's not a dead pixel.

    Hi
This video shows how to remove it, I followed it when I changed my 1366 panel for a 1600 one, it's dead easy tbh.

Thank you very much, the video is very helpful. Just I wonder how he remove the screen panel? cuz that part of the video doesn't show how to pull at the first time the screen panel. Sorry if I make a lot of questions but I don't want to screw my lovely m14x.

this video might be of some help to you and give you an idea of how the display is removed. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gXGkRKrjv70
Please note that you do so at your own risk.

and yes, I am aware it is not a dead pixel. We have seen dust between the lexan front and the LCD display before.

If the particles are not much, you can just try tapping lightly on the area of the screen where the particles are. See if the particles fall to the bottom where you can't see them.

I had a similar issue where I noticed this one small piece of hair (less than 1/4") behind the screen. I just tapped on the area where it was and it just fell off. I haven't seen it since! :)
