    Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody had found some good safe settings with MSI Afterburner for over clocking the 650m?

Thats very much depending on your specific 650m. Some can OC it to 100mhz others to 250mhz and run it stable. my highest stable OC was 350mhz and i didnt see anyone topping it yet.

    I agree with HansTee.

Try pushing it slowly and see how things go. If you start experiencing artifacting or system crash then definitely tone it back a bit. Usually the temps stay in a safe area regardless, though I would shoot to keep it under 70*C.

Try to be careful with the OC, the m14x generates heat with the most demanding games. Make sure you monitor the temps at all times cuz we really don't recommend the OC'ing.

The guys over at the TechInferno forums have had great success OCing with overvolted modded BIOSes made by svl7. They managed to work around the voltage drop at 65C, but as it turns out it's hardly needed at all:
