Hi. Around one year ago I purchased a M14X, and I've loved it. Unfortunately the screen developed a permanent blemish in the center of a screen. As it wasn't too much of a bother, I forgot about it. Then a couple of months ago my disk started (or may have always done so, this was my first use) scratching the disks beyond usability. preventing me from using the Alienware disk to restore my system on my new SSD. Anyway this also wasn't too much of a bother. Now though my battery won't charge, I've tried different AC Adapters and unplugging the battery, everything recommended on the Dell website. As my Next Business Day Support warranty will be expiring soon I wan't to get everything fixed, or replaced if necessary.
My question basically is who can I call or email in the Netherlands, that will be able to answer my questions in English and whether or not there is a service center in the Netherlands. Lastly with all these errors, will they replace my system?
