At first i made another thread because my PC was lagging in most games
so lots of people said to me delete the drivers and use CCleaner and then install them again
well i did just what they said and now when i run alien autospy it says that there is no nvidia device
i tried to install updates for the nvidia device
and the laggscreen is now WORSE than what it used to be

EDIT: i have been able to repair this buy Clean install but the problem now is Nvidia Physx won't install it fails for somereason any ideas?

hmmmm.. this happened to me before when i tried to install the dell drivers after installing the new nvidia drivers...
seems like the Physx driver you have is newer than the one you are trying to install...
    don't know much though...

Try a Clean Video Driver Installation. Make sure you remove both (Intel and Nvidia) drivers as stated in the guide, and restart after each uninstallation until you're left just with Standard VGA adapter. You can also clean your registry using driver fusion, or do this:

    1. Open the Start Menu, type "regedit" in the searchbox and press [Enter].

    2. In the "Registry Editor" go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE

    3. Look for a folder named "Nvdia", right-click to delete it.

    4. Restart your computer.
