    Hi, i have just formatted and installed win 8.1 pro. On Dell site, with my service tag, for win 8.1, i found nvidia drivers 331.65..but really? 331.65 is an old (very old) version; yesterday nvidia released the 344.75. Now, i'd like to install a stable and tested version, but not 331.65 (January 2014).
    Any suggestion? thanks

    Traditionally, Dell only releases tested and verified stable drivers every 4-6months.

    Given the AW14 is no longer in production I doubt there will be any future updates to dell ''approved' drivers.

    Which is disappointing because I have serious problems using anything newer than 340.52, with the latest drivers this happens;

    I get that too and it's good to know it just was not me. I decided just to use the old drivers because having to roll back to them and install the new drivers just got old fast. It sucks that they will probably never fix this problem. :cry:

    Im using mx14r2 and the latest driver which has no throttles is the 331.82. Any-thing else has throttles. ie.: the newest ie.: 344.75. I had tested all version and force the temperature upper than 69 degree. Im using unlocked a13 bios version, bi-di protchot is also enabled (doesnt matter on or off).

    Yea I'm having the same screen problem with any newer driver, but the last one that works for me and I have to revert to is 344.11 (downloaded from Nvidia site), maybe give it a try since it is at least newer than 340.52.

    Ha! You should check out the HP Envy forums. They usually only get 1 version and they are done.

    There were a few models that never got proper windows 8 video drivers.

    I would like to report that I just installed the new 347.09 beta drivers from Nvidia site and the screen issue is gone, so you fellow 14 owners should give it a try, here's the link to Nvidia downloads, cheers.

    Yea no problems at all with 347.09, it increased the performance in newer games considerably and increased my 3DMark11 score from P4346 (344.11 drivers) to P4371.
