Unfortunately the driver I updated corrupted my system, blue screen after blue screen. Very sad since it happened the on the first day it arrived, I havn't had the pleasure of using this laptop more than 3 hours before this happened.

Dell walked me through had to do a full system wipe, and reinstalled windows. Funny though, as nice as the tech rep was, he told me to call back tomorrow (now today) to reach their driver department to reinstall everything....

:( seeing my m14x without any programs on it makes me really sad def not the same reaction as when I unboxed it.

I hope you all are having better luck with your M14x

For me If I get BSOD after BSOD and especially on the first day I would demand a replacement!

I'm almost there. What did upset me immensely was the fact my laptop was so new, the service code wasn't even in their system yet (yes I had registered the product).

    Can you imagine that.

But issue with demanding a replacement is I'd have to wait yet another 3 weeks...

Hey guys, well a little upgrade here, they are having a tech come tomorrow and replace my motherboard.

They assume its a faulty mother board. But all in all if that doesn't work I'll have to have it shipped back and re-order another one.
