Im a noob what does this do? Also is there anyway to set it so games automatically use nvidia card and when im not gaming switch to intel for power saving? How would i go about doing this because right now in device manager it says i have both of them enabled so....

1. Nvdm.zip is a file which will allow you to update/install your current video driver to the newest Nvidia beta version 275.50. Basically download the full Verde driver 275.50 off Nvidia.com, click on it to extract, and rewrite the original extracted file Nvdm found in your extract location with the unzipped small file. Then launch setup from the extract location and select what parts of Nvidia driver you want to update.
2. You can assign each game's exe file an Nvidia high performance processor. I do it from within Nvidia panel (right click on Desktop Screen, select Nvidia Control Panel) and go to Manage 3D settings, then click Program settings and assign (add) any desired program to use Nvidia preference.
Success. -
Any improvements?

I have read some forums, I skip this one and stay with 275.33 WHQL. It only improves 3D performance for some games based on the reviews.

reinstalled the factory driver and it works fine now :/

I had real problems because of installing 275.50. It froze (but I didnt use Jetbo's nvdm, used another), I had to force the installer to End Application. So, no nvidia panel anymore ... well... Next step I tried to install 275.33 WHQL which froze too. End Apllication again lol. So, I downloaded Dell stock video driver, it installed allright and right after I went back to 275.33, which this time installed no problem.
Bleh lol -
Some strange issues I can't even get it to work, I tried laptopvideo2go and the package the had did not work either.

this driver is crazy. i tried to install it with a modded INF and teh installer froze, i had to exit and hard reboot my computer. afterwards the nvidia card was not seen by my computer, i tried going back to.33 but that failed i had to completely delete all of nvidias stuff off my SDD and re install the stock dell drivers, from there going o the .33 was easy. avoid these drivers they are broken D:
