    I know the CM notepal u2 does the job on the m14x but i would like to have the control over the fans :3

    Does someone have the u3 with their m14x
    is it a good casing to?

    I thought the u3 was for 17" and larger laptop.

    What do you mean by control of the fans, speed or placement? On the u2 you can place the fans anywhere.

    I have a U3 right now and might admit that it's an awesome notepad. Altough my main laptop is not m14x... Yes, surely you can place the fans whatever you want and that's why it makes it so sweet to buy, even if it's meant for up to 19" laptops you can fix the fans for a 13"-er. My load temps dropped 4-7C for CPU/GPU, while my Dell uses only 1 fan to cool off everything((( The strap is a nice add as well. Here's a review!

    Haha i ment controling the speed of the fans, well i saw that the u3 is for 17 and beyond :/, but it has the speed control and the u2 doesnt,
