There were new hard disk drivers on the Dell site.
I upgraded mine, but now, whenever I boot my system, I get an error on the screen "Non-System Disk, press any key.. " And then it will boot up normally.

How to roll back to the old drivers? Or should I be doing anything else?

Maybe you need to change in Bios something...
there is an option in advanced configuration:

    ATA or IDE
if urs is on ATA change it to IDE or the other way around....

I think the new drivers are only for the 500gb HYBRID hard drives.

You can compare your model number with the one which the new release is for to make sure.

The update is only for this HD,

    Seagate ST95005620AS (500G, 2.5", 9.5mm, SATA, 3Gb/s, 7200, 512n, SSH)

I have a Momentus XT and of course I did not update anything, but I think that if you run the update first checks if the HD is correct, and if not, the update does not continue, I should be so.

    hi :)
