My brother somehow accidentally deleted the drive for the soundblaster speakers (or whatever the speaker option is called on the 14x) and ever since my speakers have sounded awful when compared to how it was. No more bass or crispy sound. I don't know very much about computers and what not, but I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks!

    - Go here
    - Find the m14x by either auto-detecting it, entering your service id or finding it manually in a list
    - A list of drivers will come up. Under the "Audio" section, download the driver. If you have an m14x R1 it will be called "Realtek-Driver - REALTEK_ALC665_A00_R295888.exe (70MB). If you have an R2 it will be called "Dell-Driver - Audio_Creative_W74_5NJ7K_A01-Setup_ZPE.exe (50MB)
    - Install the driver

Post back if you still have problems
