Recently, whenever I'm simply web browsing, the CPU reaches a temp around 52-54C.

Now, I know this isn't hot. But it causes the fan to run quite loudly. Louder than I would want anyways. It's almost as if I'm playing a game (though not to the same extreme)

I do recall on a previous BIOS version that it was much quieter during web browsing and such (though louder during heavy use).

Was wondering if there's a way to make it the same quiet it used to be, without going back to the old BIOS and making it super loud for games?

Maybe a way to make the fan kick in later?

What version of the BIOS are you? And have you turn the Turbo Boost off?

    I updated to A08.

And yes, I have Turbo Boost off.
