So anyways, sorry in advance I really need to vent. I placed my order on 28 May for my M14x. The order was due to arrive on the 10th of June. On the day of the 10th, I receive notification that my order was delayed. After numerous phone calls, they tell me it's a "chassis issue" and I await for my order to arrive on the 22nd. Fast forward to the 22nd, delayed again, and Dell claims that it is in Quality Assurance for a better part of a week. The second delivery date is 5th of July. Last night, I received confirmation that my system shipped to the wrong address. Since I ordered through the Employee Purchase system, all the people i need to talk to are not in for the weekend. So far no word back on any discounts and any purchase employees refuse to assist. I'm at my wits end and my system is 4 states over and not leaving since Dell is tied up in ****ing tape.

Dell order system got missed up last week and a lot of orders confirmations were sent out wrong. Mine was one of those. I talked to my Costco rep where I ordered mine from and they told me that Dell had a lot of order notification problems last week.

That's why i ordered the 24 hour quick ship model. I knew dell's building and delivery processes isn't that great. Though I lost out on a lot of configurable options, i.e. couldn't get nebula red, engraving, etc. BUT I received my laptop in my hands 28 hours after i ordered it
