Owning Alienware was my dream, but now after 2years with it, I hate it
My M14x is a mess Since the date of purchase it is such a pain
    Here's my experience :
Within one month of purchase : Motherboard and Processor Failure
Few months later : Sound Device Faulty
    Months later : HDD Failure
    Months later : Touchpad Failure
Again after few months : Keyboard Faulty
Few months .. : LCD panel hinge got jammed
Now last week : I ran into trouble with my rig's fan and heat sink, it was replaced on thursday but on friday HDD Failure!
Every now and then faults and failure! :\

I talked to Dell reps. They are replacing my HDD. I posted on their social media page...but all I got was typical replies.
I don't know what to do now! I just can't tolerate it. Dell reps don't understand that replacements doesn't solve problem always! -_-
    Is my case normal? -_-
    Help me guys :(

if its still in warrenty, after all them failures, I would be demanding an exchange/replacement. perhaps start to look into this if I was you and it was an option ?

If Dell has failed fixing your laptop after three tries, then you are obligated for a replacement laptop. It sounds like you have gone through more than three, so I would demand a replacement.

It's not exactly like that, every case is reviewed individually and it may vary. IF, there were 3 replacements for the same issue within a short period of time (a month or so) then we can push for the system exchange for sure. As of this specific case, we would need to send it for review to request a system replacement due to the amount of total parts that have been replaced on the machine but we may or may not get it approved.

Never heard of this, so it's good to know, though I don't like the sort-of fine print I just read.

It's just how it's usually handled, as I mentioned there could be exceptions to this as every case is reviewed individually.
