    Hi,
    Just wanted to know from all you guys what you felt was the most important things to upgrade in the m14x (in order) so that I can see what I should get first.

    1. 900p screen upgrade (definitely a must, no exceptions, not even a decision there)
    2. Processor upgrade (unless heat and battery life is important, get an i7)
    3.Wireless card upgrade (or ebay and install yourself) at least a 6250
    4.Graphic card upgrade (IMO the 3gb isn't worth it, but couldn't hurt i guess)
    5.Memory upgrade (do it from new egg for cheaper)

    I think my specs (in my signature) hits the sweet spot for the best performance per dollar value.

    I concur with niko on the first 2, but for number three I would say a SSD. Defiantly makes any machine snappier. I would do the upgrade yourself to save some money, but be sure to read the threads on this to see the potential issues it has with multiple types of SSDs.
    I run a crucial M4 in mine and I love it (aside from the random boot issues). I can't stand to use computers without some sort of SSD now, in fact I bought both my mother and father SSDs for their computers this year for Christmas...
