Well I purchased my M14x with 6 gigs of ram running at 1600mhz. But when i open Cpu-z it says my max bandwidth is pc3-12800 (800mhz). Am I overlooking something? Or did they Install the wrong ram in my computer? Thank you.

Nevermind, researched and you have to take into account the multiplier from the bios. So you have to times it by 2, which is why it only shows half (800mhz) in cpu-z

No everything is ok. 800Mhz is correct. It is dual channel ram so you take that number and multiply it by 2.
