If you go to realtek audio manager, and you got the SoundBlaster upgrade, you can change between either MaxxAudio or SoundBlaster. Which one sounds better in your opinion? Soundblaster uses the subwoofer a bit more and has deeper bass, but Maxxaudio is alot louder in my opinion

EDIT: Also I will be using MaxxAudio from now on I think. I thought I turned it off earlier but turns out it was on, and SoundBlaster sounds weak now that I go back LOL. Kinda mad I spent 20$ on that software now :p Although I hear SoundBlaster is typically good at supporting actual speakers (so maybe if I ever get some actual 5.1 speakers?)

So wait, if you don't buy the sound blaster software, you get maxxaudio by default? Or if only if you buy it you can choose between the two?

The AudioMaxx software has some sound enhancers activated by default which makes bass and highs stronger. that results in a subjective better sound. you can activate that in soundblaster settings aswell.
