I just received my M14x 3 days ago and everything worked great. Then last night all of a sudden I realized that it won't boot up unless I'm plugged into the wall. Also if I unplug it while it's running it completely turns off/shuts down like there's no power. My battery percentage says 100% and the battery lights underneath are completely lit up. I called Dell and after going through my system they're sending me a new motherboard and battery replacement. Any ideas what would cause this type of thing all of a sudden? Seems like Dell is really having battery issues of all kinds with these models....

Well I decided to go into the laptop and once I removed the battery, booted on AC power, shut down and then plugged the battery back in it finally booted under battery power and appears to be working as normal again. Just an FYI if anyone else has this happen to them.
