    Hy guys,
    I'm getting huge lag in saint row the third,
    my in game resolution is 1280x720, if i change graphics settings to medium, high or ultra i don't see any difference in performance, fps are between 18-25, GPU max temperature is 85C, i'm running game with NVIDIA GPU, my nvidia driver version 306.97.

    Try a different driver... maybe the DELL drivers could work better. Seems like it is using the integrated instead of the nVidia card. Take a look at this article and make sure you run the games like that.
