My laptop has been making a whirring noise a few minutes ago. It seems to be associated with the fan as it goes off when the fan does. I'm thinking it's just some debris(dust, hair etc) that gut stuck and is causing the sound. Do you think that i should think otherwise and how can i fix it? thanks!

you can unscrew the bottom plate, disconnect power and battery cable and then check if you see something stuck in fan.
