    does anyone have any comparison photos in reference to the size of the m14x and other 14 inch laptops? I have an envy 14 and am considering selling and purchasing one of these. However size is of some concern.

    I can get you a shot of it next to almost any common Dell laptop.
    It's the same depth as a 15.6" Dell Precision M4500 but about 1.5" narrower, and about an inch thick.

    Width and thickness are almost exactly the same. The only major differences are the length and the weight.

    Awesome thanks. Not bad at all. I remember the first time I saw the m15x and thought no way was that portable. This seems much more manageable!

    That Toshiba is 14 inch as well though...something tells me Alienware is seriously holding out on the design of the laptop so they have something to offer for the r2 and r3.
