    I read the following thread:

    http://forum.notebookreview.com/alienware-m14x/585047-m14x-cant-run-minecraft.html

after white-listing three Java files (Java, JavaW, JavaSW) along with Minecraft.exe and am still having a problem. Minecraft will run fine (and noticeably quicker than if it were ran while using the Intel IGP), then it will freeze up for 5-10 seconds. Then it will un-freeze for a few seconds, and freeze for another 5-10 seconds. This happens a few times, then it goes away for a few minutes and runs fine, before having the exact same thing happening. This is cyclical.

I have power saving set to Max Performance. This did not happen to my M15x.

    Any ideas?

I'm not sure why you posted this twice, but I replied to the other thread, even though I am not much of a help.
