    M14x Screen disables after Windows Boot Icon??

    I turn my laptop on (Alienware m14x) the boot screen pops up then the windows icon pops up then as soon as that loads the screen turns off.

    Now before this wasn't the case I was mucking around with the screen setup as I connected my laptop to my TV via Hdmi cable for the first time my TV did not reckonise it at all.

    So I was trying to get it to work and I accidently made the secondary screen act as the main screen and the main screen is now blank.

    I can start the computer in safe mode and I try to access the display ssettings and it only shows the main laptop screen.

    I've tried using FN F1 to switch monitors and nothing. Its something small what I've done and it's a complete pain. Can anyone help a noobies out please

    Also I've gotten into safe mode and issued a system restore to the previous day and the same thing happens please help me guys my laptop is my life

    Boot to PC, attach external monitor and switch them back. If that does not work try reinstalling the video drivers from safe mode.
