    M14x R3 - any word?

    Any word on the chance of an M14x R3? Possible time frames and features?

    Having had a quick look at Windows 8, I am hoping that a high res (1600x900) touch screen will be an option. Actually, I wish I had a touch screen for XP and Win7 now, but that is just not possible.....

    I know there was a discussion about R3 and people's wish list of features, but I have not seen any rumours about an actual product yet.

    I don't think we'll be hearing anything until Intel's haswell is released.

    Just talked to a company rep, they can't share any info, but rumor has it, sometime this summer it will come out, seems kinda slow, the 750m has been out for a little bit and lenovo already has the 750m hooked up

    Rumors suggest that the R3 is set to be released in fewer than 60 days from now and, to agree with ssj92, I would be surprised if it didn't come equipped with Haswell.
