    M14x R2 External Microphone??

    Does this laptop have an external microphone. Can I just hold down a key and talk without having a headset or other microphone device plugged into the port kind of like a speakerphone option. My old laptop had this. Also, I haven't gamed on this laptop in awhile so do you recommend I do any maintenance like updating driver's, etc. I don't think I've done this since I bought it new in 2012.

    The Alienware M14x r2 has an integrated microphone that works as default if no external microphones or headsets are connected to the system. It's always a good idea to keep everything up to date, drivers and Windows.
