Hello community, i had a problem with my alienfx colors, when i choose all blue lights, the left side of the front grill shows purple color, or for example when i choose all red, the t-pad shows me purple color. The alienhead from behind the laptop is off all the time. When i press "go dark" on the icon of ACC with the option "keep status zone on after dark" cheked, the left front grill have the red color on and t-pad light on too. I formated windows and reinstall everything again but didn't fix the problem, i did power drains but didn't fix it, i reinstall a lot of times ACC from the guides on dell website and didn't fix the problem. Anyone knows about this issue? im going to upload images to show you guys the problem.
    I don't have warranty anymore.
    Thanks all.

Have you tried the AlienFXTester.exe that's on the installation folder of the command center?

On this post, the guy had the exactly problem than me: http://en.community.dell.com/owners-club/alienware/f/3746/t/19499061
I upload a video on youtube showing the issues:
The problem is only on the left grill ( blue trackpad - purple left grill / red trackpad - blue left grill) and the trackpad ( grill red - trackpad pink), others zones are fine. Maybe on the video can't diference the blue with the purple but you can see a slight change of color, in person is a purple color.
My temporal solution for the blue color is, a quick change to black color, and then inside acc, change each zone to blue color and leave black the trackpad zone.
