Hello guys/gals.... Use to have an old account here, but forgot username, and email ...

I downloaded Arma II and the DayZ mod, everything boots up fine, and I can play it....but one huge problem...

I'm getting some low fps, I cant seem to get more that 25+ it stays constant about 15-20 on Very High, switch to High get a 1 or 2 fps jump...on low I manage to get 25-30 around there....but the game looks reeeeally bad on low. I turn off AA-and make some stuff low, turn off shadows, and still low fps.

I have it setup on the Nvidia control panel to run on the Nvidia card Arma II and the DLC, I have tried updating my driver to two different updates...and still the same.

Has anyone here ran into some problems with DayZ? I see people on youtube get 30fps on Arma II, maybe it's the mod. I run Crysis 2 with the Dx11 thing or whatever it's call on High with some great fps and RAGE, Borderlands. Run BF3 on some Med/High settings with 40fps.

Maybe it can't be ran good on M14x....

Na my R2 doesnt get more than 45FPS of medium, the game is just really badly coded. Hell my desktop with a 3930K and 2x HD7970 struggles to play with decent FPS in some areas lol.

Make sure that you are using all these settings. Also make sure that you use the DELL.com drivers because they are the ones tested to work better on the machine.
