I realized that when i try and play world of warcraft i had to drop the setting all the way to the very lowest, then realized that the graphics card use to make noise and
it was not making noise anymore!

i no longer have a nvidia control panel or any nvidia drivers installed.

when i try running an auto scan of graphics type on nvidia website, it says no hardware found.

i tried specifically choosing the graphics card and says no applicable hardware found when installer starts up!

    What can i do!!?

Device manager only shows integrated intel graphics!!!!!!

You may have already tried this but did you try rebooting? If all else fails, I would re-format and re-load everything.

Try a clean video driver installation

Optimus Units: Correct video driver install/uninstall procedure

Make sure you completely remove drivers before installing new ones (restart, check your device manager and see if it shows up as standard vga adapter), you can even use a registry cleaner such as driver sweeper or driver fusion.
